hey man,
where in orlando do you live? my wife & i have a place near boone high school downtown. we have been there for about a year. its small but for now it is home. odds are we will put it on the market as soon as home prices start to rise again.
i work in winter park (right near the rollins baseball field, big red & black building) for an import company called WASHBURN IMPORTS. stop by & have a beer sometime.

Hey Peter,

We live up in Sanford. 17-92 to Airport, take a left, go down 2 lights, take a right and follow the curves to 367 Placid Lake Drive. Talk about easy to find...lol.

We have a small house in a newer subdivision. We're lucky, at the front of our sub is the Elementary school my kids attend/attended. My son is in the Pre-IB program at Sanford Middle (it's a Tech Magnet school) now.

Damn it is a small world. If you get a chance, we should all go out sometime and have a few drinks or something. I think we're hitting a nice local bar (with kick ass live band) Saturday the 27th. Let me know if you're interested.

The flight path for the Sanford Airport I swear crosses right over my house. Some day, an engine is going to fall through my roof. lol. What time is your flight? Depending on when it is, maybe I can drop by and say hello/goodbye.
