Hi and thanks for the welcome! ;D Quick rundown on the past... eek... 20 years! Yes, I was Class of '88, but I left at the end of '87 to move to Gainesville and start college. Joe Petts (Class of '86) and I were married in 1988 and have 2 amazing sons together (Nathan, 16, and Alex, 12). We moved around Florida a bit after college and eventually settled in Oklahoma City, OK. We got divorced in 2003. Joe has remarried a very nice woman and now has adopted her 3 children and they had a new baby boy last year. Our boys live with me and my new husband and visit Joe on weekends. Joe has worked for Taco Bell since 1992 and is doing very well. I sent him the link to this message board so hopefully he will pop in and post soon. After moving back to FL for 2 years... just in time to go through 3 hurricanes!!... my husband and I are now back in OK. We both work for Brink's Home Security... he installs and I sell contracts. I have a flexible schedule so it allows me time for the kids. I had been an office manager for a neurologist for the past few years and felt like I never saw my kids... so this is a nice change. Guess that's the Cliff Notes version of "where are they now?"!! Was wondering if anyone has seen/heard about a very dear friend of mine from Class of '87 that I have lost touch with: Susan Horton Class of '87 Married name- Issa (as of 1994... not sure if it still is) Had 2 sisters- Lisa and Chrissy Horton (both younger) If so, I'd love to get in touch with her. This message board was a great idea... it's nice to hear how people are doing... even if I am wayyyyy younger than all of you!!  |

LOL... being the ex-wife of a Class of '86'er deinitely qualifies me for the dirt-dishing. But, I must plead the 5th... seeing that paybacks are Hell! ;D |

Welcome Trish! I didnt' know you but sat next to Joe in I think Physics or Chemistry. I'm glad you made it here and look forward to seeing you on the boards.

Trish Mills....... WOW!! Haven't heard that name since Coach Rice's 1st period gym class. I know you probably don't remember me but i still remember you along with the others standing out in cold waiting on Coach Tolbert to open the gate and me telling ya how fascinated I was with your hair (thats when the "big" hair was in style as well as cans of freeze it spray) and you almost dying laughing. 21 years later and just as beautiful as the day you laughed at me for staring at your hair.
