What I do in my free time I guess depends on the ebb and flow of my relationships. I head down to Ft. lauderdale about once a month to hang out with one of my best friends. I seem to be traveling more again. Just went to Tampa for New Years and now I'm headed up to Gatlinburg for Valentine Day weekend. ( I'm so popular!) If I am in town for the weekend, then I like kayaking, going to the movies, getting a drink with friends, and shopping. The only piddly things you can do in Vero Beach.

Hmmm I think I spend most of my time here. If not I'm reading, crocheting, sewing, sleeping, watching tv, studying my Espanol, foraging for chocolate or thinking up new ways to annoy my boss.

What is free time? Still learning the ropes of being a new mom. after work I cook, pick up around the house, bathe Hallye and have her to bed by 8:30 on weekends its doing laundry, really cleaning house and going to visit with my parents on Sunday. Some times we take off for a day and just hit the road ending up usually in Orlando or St. Augustine.

Let's see ... since I'm a Grad student and avoiding the real world, I study a lot. My thesis centers around direct-to-consumer advertising (drug ads on TV and in magazines) and recruitment materials (for bone marrow donors) so there's lots of research to find, read, highlight and file away.
I moved to OK this summer to be closer to my brother and his kids (15, 11, 2 and 9 months) so I spend a lot of time with them. My favorite activity is teaching them things that annoy my brother - tricks I remember from being a kid and since he is 10 years older there were always lots of things that I did to annoy him. Oh & I love to teach the 2 year old new phrases - he says GO GATORS and TOUCHDOWN with the hand motions and he can do the alligator hand motions on command.
Otherwise, I'm keeping in touch with family and friends on the Internet, selling my junk on eBay (who knew people would buy some of this stuff?), and reading trashy novels. Yes, it's sad but true, trashy novels are my dating life! :-)

It's doubtful, but maybe, just maybe, if I can get it to go fast enough, I could reverse time.

Nope - I'm just studying the ones that focus on folks with cancer. I can only save the world one topic at a time!
