just gonna downsize for a year or so & then we are talking about moving to louisville, ky. dede has family there. you would never believe it but louisville is very hip. |

right on. congrats peter...hopefully it wasn't too stessful. i recently sold a rental that i had...here in the northwest, the property values had (emphasis on the past tense) been going through the roof and people were tripping over themselves to spend money on houses...then i put one on the market and you could hear crickets...nothing for months...with no rental income...uh, how long can you pay two mortgages with one and half incomes...answer --- not very long. luckily it sold (in time for a trip to hawaii...yaaaa hoooo).
have fun with the proceeds.
