I saw Styx w/ Foreigner this past summer at Jones Beach. The front man for Foreigner is different, but Styx is still DeYoung/ Shaw. They're getting a little long in the tooth but can still jam!

I stand to be corrected, Dennis was not there. It was a good concert though. I actually just went to the internet to figure that out What made this a stand out concert was that Jason Bonham (Gonzo's of Zep's kid) is Foreigners new drummer. He did a little Zep too. Sorry for the mix-up.

Incase you missed the story: The Police Confirm Grammy Reunion Performance January 30, 2007, 10:15 AM ET Jonathan Cohen, N.Y.
After weeks of speculation, the Police confirmed today (Jan. 30) that it will reunite to open the 49th annual Grammy Awards Feb. 11 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The group has not performed live since its 2003 induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame; the Grammy appearance is widely expected to kick off a year's worth of reunion shows throughout the world.
Last week, Vancouver radio station CFMI reported Sting, Andy Summers and Stewart Copeland had ensconced themselves at the city's Lions Gate Studios to rehearse for the Grammys.I've got a cleared credit card waiting, just let me know the time and the place!!!

LOS ANGELES - The Police, who are reuniting to perform at the Grammy Awards on Sunday, will celebrate their 30th anniversary at the Whisky A Go Go the following day. To enter the drawing for a spot at "The Police Rehearsals," fans must be "legacy members" of Sting's official Web site, Sting.com, the 55-year-old singer announced in a posting Wednesday. Twenty lucky winners will be notified Friday.
"After the event, we would like the winners to each submit to us 250 words that describes their experience of the day — we can say with some certainty that none of you will be lost for words!" the announcement said.
Sting fanned speculation of a Police reunion and tour when he told the Television Critics Association last month that he and former bandmates Stewart Copeland and Andy Summers were "talking about" doing something to commemorate their anniversary.
The Police, whose hits include "Roxanne" and "Every Breath You Take," will open the Grammys, which will air live on CBS-TV from the Staples Center on Sunday night.
The band broke up in 1984 amid internal conflict. They last performed together in 2003, when they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

Yeah I though about shellin' the $100, but then I thought, why? so I can see videos of the press conf? That's OK, I'll take the free membership and save the money for the tickets. I have a Best Buy Reward Zone card that will give me pre-sale access for the shows already.
