I'm taking my daughter to see Lady Sovereign and Gwen Stefani in Palm Beach tonight...god help me! how was the concert? i still go out to concerts on a regular basis. most off the time i feel like the oldest guy in the room. the only really big main stream type show i plan on going to in the near future is mossisey at the hard rock here in orlando. i have always been a big smiths fan & i really like his solo stuff. so im pretty excited.

Hey Peter! I love Morrissey too, have always been a big Smiths fan. The concert was really good actually, Gwen Stefani put on a pretty big stage production, my daughter really loved it. Was actually Lady Sov., Akon & Gwen. Jeff and I are going to the Police in July down in Miami, I guess Maroon 5 and some band I've not heard of are opening from them. Only bad thing is that it will be hot as hell in July in Miami at an outdoor venue, but nonetheless, it's still the Police so it's all good. I have really diverse taste in music too...you should see what's in my car right now, it's really weird. Got a little bit of classical stuff in there, some current stuff, some 80's stuff, just a weird mix of everything from rock to country to r&b, you name it.

its pretty cool you go to concerts with your daughter. i sure she will have great memories of the time spent with you there.
im lucky enough to be able to play my ipod through my cars stereo. i frickin love that thing. nothing better then taking your whole music collection with you on a long trip. we are also lucky here because we have a good college station. commercial radio blows.

Peter, do you have I-Trip or is your car equipped for an IPOD/MP3 player from the factory? I want to get an I-Trip but not sure how good the sound is...I agree that commercial radio blows. It's like they play the same 3 or 4 songs all day long, it drives me nuts! I love my IPOD as well, never get tired of it. Keith, that's cool that you got to see Olivia Newton-John, I've always loved her! I was like 9 or 10 I think when Grease came out and I bought the album and memorized every single song. My cousins and I used to lip-sync the songs and put on a show in our living room for the family...god what dorks we must have been! Oh, and don't even get me started on xanadu! Rollerskating on the weekends to those songs! HA!

Jeff picked one up at wal-mart for about 30 bucks, can't remember what brand...and it sounds "alright" but doesn't always come in very well. I'll have to look into picking one up, thanks Peter.
I've heard of Amy Winehouse, but haven't actually heard any of her music yet. I'll have to check her out. I'm always looking for something new in music, the pop stuff they play on the radio stations here is sooo played out!

The Gift of Gab (of Blackalicious) - Fourth Dimensional Rocketships Going Up 6. Josh Rouse - Subtitulo also....the wife & i went to see michael moores new film sicko last night. it was very well done. just like most michael moore films, i think it needs to be taken for what it is, entertainment. that being said, if even half of what is presented in this film is true (im sure it is) then it is time for us, as a nation, to take a serious look at our health care system. go see it now.... www.youtube.com/watch?v=joaAfBr9tAE
